Marcello talks about one of the most common concerns we hear from couples and venues - sound/noise limiters.

They can definitely be challenging, but there’s no point moaning about them. Many venues don’t actually have a choice and have to install them due to local regulations and neighbours!

The key is knowing how to work with them and finding the right solutions. For us, one great option is using an electric drum kit, which allows us to control the overall volume while still keeping the energy and feel of a live band.

With the right setup, you can stay within the venue’s limits and still have an amazing party and a full dance floor.

Here’s the lads at Clearwell Castle celebrating Amy & Joe’s big day and what a day it was.

Daytime piano setting the vibe for the drinks reception, a massive saxophone entrance bringing the wedding breakfast energy, then the full band taking it home in the evening.

We love playing at a venue with real musical pedigree - Clearwell isn’t just stunning, it’s got proper rock legend status. Back in the ’70s the castle’s recording/rehearsal space was a creative hideout for giants like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Deep Purple.

Always special playing somewhere with history like that and what an AfterParty it was! Thank you to Amy & Joe for having us 🎸🔥

Without a doubt our craziest year yet. Thousands of miles travelled, thousands of people entertained and 120 gigs across the year - we still can’t quite believe it.

100s of weddings for all of you amazing couples, two completely sold-out public shows with 500 people a night, to stepping onto the biggest stages we’ve ever played at the Centaur, we’ve ticked off more bucket-list moments than we ever imagined possible.

None of this happens without the people behind the scenes and in front of the stage so a massive thank you to everyone who booked us, came out to shows, supported us, shared videos and backed the band every step of the way. It honestly means everything.

2025 pushed us harder than ever, but it’s only made us hungrier. We’ve learned a lot, grown a lot and we’re more excited than ever for what’s next.

2026 is already shaping up to be something special…and if this year was anything to go by, it’s going to be absolutely crazy 🚀

Today we played a couple of Christmas sets at Cheltenham Hospital, performing through the Oncology & Chemotherapy wards.

Three months ago, I lost my mum to cancer. Being back in a hospital like that was emotional, but if even a few songs brought a moment of comfort, distraction, or a smile, then it was worth everything.

Thinking of every patient, family member and healthcare worker this Christmas. Thanks to the amazing staff on the Avening Ward for this fantastic team photo with us ❤️🎄
